food restriction for pregnant

Hi, is it true that pregnant must not drink cold drinks? I keep drinking soymilk from fridge, also yakult. I take yogurt also. Pls enlighten me. My first check up will be this sat. Im 6 weeks preggy. Thanka

I will take yakult and yogurt but I don't eat instantly from fridge. Maybe put a few min before I consume it. Is better for you and baby.
