Is it true that pregnant ladies are not allowed to drink iced / cold water? i am 19 weeks pregnant and have been taking it 24/7😨😨😨😨

Myth! I drank it every day coz I was always thirsty and hot. Cldn't stomach room temp water too as I'd feel nauseous. No side effects or complications thus far, baby came out well too.
