Shaving before giving birth

I didn't have to shave before my delivery at TMC, but honestly it really depends on your gynae and the delivery ward protocol on the day itself. My friend was told by her doctor beforehand to do it, while another mum I know wasn't asked at all. I'd say just ask your gynae directly during your next visit because they'll know what TMC's current practice is and what they prefer, and you can clarify if it's something you need to do yourself or if they'll handle it. Better to know in advance so you're not caught off guard on delivery day itself.
