if you have very poor vision, eating carrots cannot help restore it. but yes, if you eat it from the start, carrots can actually improve your vision and keep it healthy. carrots are rich in beta-carotene as well as lutein, which is a type of antioxidant. these help to protect the retina and also prevent macular degeneration. Milk, cheese, egg yolk, and liver are also good for the overall health of the eyes.
