Hi my treatment is under kkh m 20 weeks. and my doctor gave me onli vitamin tablet and folic acid. they didn't suggest me any diet. as my diet is not so good I didn't drink milk so I want u mumies is any preotein powder which I can mix wth milk and drink. which is healthy for me and my baby. m(under subsidies scheme) ) I think they dnt giv much attention to subsidy patient. ??
