Not true kahit ano oa kainin at inumin mo walang epekto sa gatas yan .kahit uminom ka alak wala epekto sa breastmilk ..formulated na ang breastmilk hindi na magbbago kung ano nilalaman nun...at kahit anong inom at kaen mo kung hindi ka mag direct at unli latch still hihina ang breastmilk..law of supply and demand lang yan

No not true. But there are food na nagpapababa ng supply. Sour food is not one of them.
