Speech Delayed?

Hello my toddler turned 3 yrs old last June di pa sya ganung ka conversational but he can sing always as in, kanta sa church, sa commercial, kahit baby rythme, maayos nya rin nabibigkas ung mga words... do you think my speech delayed sya since di pa tlga sya nakakausap ng straight???marami rin syang word n alam Lalo n ung mga bagay n Nakikita nya sa mga picture sa toy nya or playbook nya. Dapat ba na mgworry ako?

Hindi ko masyadong ma-worry ang ganitong pattern kasi maraming kids na ganyan, makakakanta perfectly pero ang regular talking ay iba talaga, di ba? A few of us mums noticed that our toddlers were the same, especially kapag boys, and honestly lumabas na sila ng sarili nila pag mas lumaki. But since he's already 3, I think it's best na ma-check lang talaga with his pedia or a speech therapist para ma-assess nang maayos, hindi para maka-worry kundi para ma-ease your mind at makita kung may developmental concern talaga or if he just needs a little more time at practice. Ang good news is mayroon siyang vocabulary at nakakaintindi siya ng words, kaya that's a positive sign! Let me know what the doctor says ha, curious din ako!
