Citron tea for toddler?

Hi. Can toddler drink the Korean citron tea? My 4yo has been coughing and alot of phlegm.

Hi mum, having a toddler with cough and phlegm can be really tiring for everyone. I’m not too sure about citron tea for toddlers so maybe better avoid or be careful with it and check with your PD first.
