check when is your last menses (first day of last menses), calculate how many weeks r u now, plan to visit gynae at 8 weeks +, cos it will be a waste if they cannot see the heartbeat yet and ask u to come back later

Go to the closest clinic to double confirm with doctor or you can wait for a few more weeks and test again to see if the line are more obvious :) Congrats
Congrats. When was your last menses? You should monitor for another 8 weeks and visit a gynecologist if you still doesn’t have menses
Go to GP/Polyclinic to cfm your pregnancy, and get a referral letter to govt hospital. If you want private just go to the clinic
Start taking folic acid. Can buy off the shelf at guardian or watsons, rose house brand or no brand cheap ones are good.
Congrats! You can either go to polyclinic for a referral or go directly to a gynae
Start taking folic acid, confirm again after 2 more days
Take another test a few days later to confirm
