I slept with my confinement lady and baby. Then I found out the lady didn't burp baby after feeding. Baby got choked and face turned blue black. Unless you trust the confinement lady else never let them sleep alone with your baby
For me, the confinement nanny sleeps with my baby. Perhaps you can monitor how your nanny takes care of your baby during the day first before deciding.
