I bought a test kit from Watson's and tested myself before and after new meals - might be best to do that as diff bodies may react differently. these have been fine for me so far:
Breakfast:
- Greek yoghurt + granola + orange
- 2 slices bread + sunny side egg + cheese + 1/2 avocado
Meals:
- Mushroom omelette + 2 slices bread + 1/2 avocado
- Fish soup + 1/2 bowl rice
- Egg + Tofu + Green veg + 1/2 bowl rice
- Chicken Biryani (basmati rice)
- Steak with broccoli + carrots
- Chicken quesadilla plus (from GYG)
