Would not recommend this CL agency

Thought to share my experience with this particular agency - Baby Whisperer. It was very stressful dealing with them and their nanny has questionable work ethics. I looked through various forums but not very updated review so posting this to create awareness.

Change of nanny with immediate effect 2 weeks into confinement and non-negotiable despite my plea that my younger twin is in hospital and I just need the same CL for few more days. Questionable practices by 1st CL after 2nd CL came and showed the ways I was more comfortable with (like cooking with right sauces, not on-ing air con 24/7) Baby’s Whisperer did offer resolutions to be fair (choice of post natal massage, photoshoot or confinement meals) however the entire experience left a bad feeling and vibe; including having doubts on their honesty and ethics. Perhaps it’s my bad luck to kenna all these but I was in another FB page and this agency has a bad reputation going around in that page. Pity I didn’t join the page before so I could be aware and would not engage :(
