Those of u who take fenugreek, does supply dip once u stop taking fenugreek? I'm wondering if u only need to take one bottle to "activate" bettr supply and can stop thereafter or do u have to take fenugreek continuously in order to maintain the better supply?

After that, adequate production is usually maintained as long as sufficient breast stimulation and regular nursing happens.

I have been taking fenugreek for more than a month and I don't see any increase in my BM supply but more of maintaining it. So I guess you got to give it a try to see if it works for you.
