I have been told to take multivitamins for post natal. I'm wondering if any mummies here can share what are the recommended multivitamins brands for post natal and BF mummy? Thank you!

My LO is 3+mo and she is having this white smelly stuff at her neck area. Have been washing it daily but it's coming back every 2-3 days. Any advice on how to solve it? Thank you in advance;)

It's normal .. I think becos of the lots of skin due to their baby fats, the dirt accumulates .. Just rub it off when you bath baby
