Super Mum

I haven’t heard of any 😅. During the delivery, the gynae/midwife will stretch the skin for you. But unless you have a lot of loose and stretchy skin naturally, most FTMs won’t have a vaginal opening big enough to accomodate a full term baby (hence episiotomy and/or tears). I wouldn’t try stretching the skin down there before labour either. It’s painful and it may remain stretched long term.

I personally used Epi-no for birth training and it requires regular water based lubricant. I had natural birth with no episiotomy. I had minimal vaginal tear which required 1-2 stitches; the pain post partum was quite negligible for me and I walked around within 1-2 hours post delivery. It'll be best to discuss with your gynae before use!

Better not do anything about it, because u wouln't know if its gonna be vaginal birth or c sect

Better not to do anything. It’s a natural thing... it dilated for a reason.
