No sugared drink, no white rice / starch / noodles.. ate brown rice, multigrain bread, full cream milk, a lot of protein and free reign on vegetables. I had GD but baby was on the low weight side so i could eat more.
no white rice, no carbs, no junk food, no sugared drink, do not take too much fruit...take note of natural sugar in food also...basically eat losta green to help you feel full!
walk for 10 mins after you eat. it helps!
