Are there marriage counselors in the Philippines who aren't church based? :)

I Haven't heard non-church marriage counselors. But I'm guessing that each muncipality or city has this. You might want to drop by at your city hall and ask. I know some marriage counselors, but they're church based. If you want, I can help ou.
