I Haven't heard non-church marriage counselors. But I'm guessing that each muncipality or city has this. You might want to drop by at your city hall and ask. I know some marriage counselors, but they're church based. If you want, I can help ou.

You might want to try CEFAM in Ateneo. They say it's a "psycho-spiritual" approach so I suppose it's more faith-based than church-based. http://www.cefam.ph/PastoralMinistry.aspx
