Need advise, am having headache

Hi there, i had on and off of headache since last sunday. Is this normal? Im in my 1st trimester. Need your comments pls.thnk u

Headache is often in 1st trimester due to hormonal changes, unless they are more often than usual and unbearable! Take care :)
