You can apply moisturiser after showering. It is pretty common as it is more difficult for the area under the folds to be washed. I use cetaphil which is not too oily for my little one to keep the area moisturized.

Yes especially whe it gets like “scaly dry” I used to have that with my first born doc said change the soap to cetaphil... it works🤗

Moisturise her skin with creams specifically for babies with dry and sensitive skin like QV baby, Aveeno and cetaphil

Try putting Vaseline. It keeps skin soft n does not make the skin dry.
