Acid Folic

is there anyone here did not take acid folic during pregnancy? can i opt for food instead of medicine?

i never take folic acid during my pregnancy. i really hope that all is well

i only eats a lots of fruits, veg, meat & chicken. i didnt take any supplements as well.
