Folic acid

Hi mommies... wanna ask to mommy who are take folic acid before pregnancy...? And, should i buy appeton folic acid from pharmacy is it ok or not...??

Before pregnancy you can take the 400mcg folic which is the appeton folic acid. If you buy it in the pharmacy they'll give you the 5mg one which is the one you take when you're already pregnant. Or you can ask the pharmacy if they have the 400mg folic acid.
