supervised visitation

Can any tell me what is reasonable supervised access? Do other parent must come my house to see the child? Or go outside and meet one place?? Do I required to go to his housed?? He is given only twice a month with 2hours. Means to say either my ex husb can see the child or grandparents? Because The Defendant is at liberty to have his parents present for the supervised access periods with the presence of the Plaintiff.
