Taking a poll: do u spank yr children when they misbehave?

I will try not to as well. I think when both parties get fustrated, we should have a time out together. In this way my daughter will know that I treat her and myself fairly and we both are wrong to get angry at each other. Hopefully this prevents any spanking as it is usually more of the adult venting in a moment of rage rather than disciplining the child; but we use the discipline as an excuse to sound justified. No judging here. Just my opinion. I have a quick temper and I would think I am capable of spanking in a fit of anger. So I have to consciously remind myself.
