Well, taking one or two tablets or doses may not be harmful, but if you start taking more, it can definitely be harmful for your and your unborn baby's health. I did take aspirin one or two times when I was pregnant, when the pain was unbearable, but I did check with my doctor first. In some cases, women who are at a high risk of preeclampsia are put on low doses of aspirin. But please be very careful, as taking aspirin can have some serious impacts on your pregnancy, including loss of pregnancy.
