just my opinion sbb before ni hb asyik drop n nurse dah mula membebel. rupanya i salah cara makan ubat. semenjak tu i betulkan balik and hb dah naik. i slalu makan ubat 1 jam before breakfast. and confirm hb naik cantik. sambil2 tu makan buah jambu n kismis
