Peut cramp/sengugut

Eh, cramp-cramp ringan memang biasa la kat 7 weeks, especially kalau itu first pregnancy, ligament stretching and all that, tapi kalau it's persistent or keluar spotting along with it, better safe than sorry jangan tunda, jumpa doc k? A few of my mum friends had the same worry and doc reassured them it was normal, but everyone's pregnancy is different so check in with yours to make sure everything is good.
