Eh normal je lah, a few of us yang breastfeeding fully also didn't get period for months, lactational amenorrhea is a real thing! But since you're already waiting for your IUCD appointment, best to mention it to the doctor then, just to be safe and confirm everything is okay before insertion. Mana tau ada something else going on, better to check and be sure kan.
