Hello.. Sy dah test and it turns positive. Pls give me any advices for first time pregnancy. ・Ingat nak buka buku pink dekat swasta, minggu ke berapa kena buka buku tu? Kalau buat dkt kk pula brpa minggu? ・Macamana nak prevent stretch marks? Bulan ke brpa kena pakai lotion? Pls advice me.

- best time untuk buka buku, 8-12 w. kalau KK seeloknya call dulu nanti dia akan set appointment. - stretch mark mostly is genetic. kalau mak/kakak ada, most probably kita akan ada juga. cuma boleh minimise dengan sapu apa2 moisturising cream/lotion/oil as early as possible. more deeply penetrating the cream/oil, the better.
