Aiyoh this one tricky because doctors ada their reason cakap jangan goat milk, likely ada research backing it, so I'd really suggest follow your paediatrician's advice lah, they know baby's situation better! But honestly, a few of us tried different formulas (regular cow milk based ones mostly) while doing the phototherapy and frequent feeding, and that combo seemed help more than switching to goat milk. Best you confirm with your doctor which formula is safest for your baby's jaundice level, because every baby different.
