Sayang, HB 10 memang perlu perhatian, please contact your pediatrician or nearest clinic asap untuk confirm status dia dan next steps yang proper, okay? At 2 months, if baby still fully breastfed, susu ibu paling bagus (dah ada iron naturally), tapi doctor mungkin kena check if ada anemia or other issues yang perlu addressed. A few of my mum friends yang kena situation macam ni, doctor dorang suggest iron supplements or follow-up tests, bukan just about changing susu, tapi root cause dulu. Jangan delay, lepas tu update with paediatrician ya!
