Subway tuna safe for consumption?

yeah why not? subway uses canned tuna which is safe. I've been eating it occasionally while pregnant as the craving strikes. it's not like the sashimi-grade tuna which usually comes from the deep-sea tuna fish - that contains large amount of mercury which is best avoided during pregnancy.
