Allowance for parents

Do you still give your parents monthly allowance after you start a family? As we now have a baby and we still have to pay for infant care and the necessities. My parents still require me to give them the same amount monthly allowance and it’s very stressful for me and my hubby. Is it normal? #pleasehelp #1stimemom #allowance

I still give the same or more. As my parents are the caregivers of my bb. But of course, you should speak to your parents and explain to them.

If your parents don't have any earnings to survive, it's your responsibility to take care of them financially as well..

No i didn give allowance after im married and have a family of my own. The most i gave them fat angbao during cny.

it depend on individual family. like for myself I still give them but in lesser amount.

I still do,giving to your parents a little still melts their hearts

yes. in fact we gave more as they helped to take care of lo sometimes too

depends. if you have extra and willing to give them, why not. 😊
