Rash for 3wk old baby girl - is it heat rash or girl hormone pimple?

It started at her back, we went to see Dr but Dr say just bathe n apply lotion and didnt give any medicated cream. But now it spreads to head and forehead and face. We now put her in aircon most of time to cool down, hope it helps. Any super mom has experience in treating this? TIA.

Hi! This could be heat rash. My baby had this in her 1st month and I panicked like hell. Friends and families suggested to give her a milk bath for a few days and it worked wonders. You can try. I also changed her bath soap to Cetaphil. Wipe her face with cool water instead of warm. Keep the environment around her cool as well. Don’t use the newborn cap for the time being during daytime especially.
