Vaginal Bleeding

Sorry for this kind of question. i know this is quite emberrasing, boleh siapa2 boleh explain or tahu tak punca keluar darah/lendir darah pekat bila bersama suami. peranakan rendah or kenapa ye? normal or tidak? it happens to me and this is my second time having vaginal bleeding after having sex.
