Bleeding Gum

Hi, I'm 21w and having bleeding gum but not that frequent. But sometimes I feel that my gum is sore. When I try to touch or rub it with my tongue, it starts to bleed not to mention daily teethbrushing. Has this ever happen to anyone else before? Any supplement for this?
