Teething ?

My son is 11w 3d old. Recently he has been biting on my finger whenever I clean his mouth after feeds, and has been crankier than usual, refuses to feed and have had disrupted sleeps. Today he had Low grade fever and we saw this. It’s hard when touched and it’s also the same side that he always bite my finger. Is he teething? Isn’t it too early ?
