What will u do when people comment abt u not doing ur best for ur baby?

Sometimes people pass comments saying why my baby got rash,why I never do this and that. But behind the scene,I did do alot just people don know and kept suggesting ideas to me. Though I have explained multiple times already. How do u all manage?
