U can slowly figure out which position or what u do ur bb will move more. Like for me if I lie on bed.. bb will be super active.. or when I on the radio n sing together bb will have some rhythm n move. I realise for the previous 2 checkup when I told bb 1 week ahead that we are gg for checkup pls be good n healthy, bb start to reduce movement.. n move vigorously after the checkup. U can explore as everyone is different. Is fun to find out which activities u do encourages it.

Baby in the womb are just like newborn. They also sleep alot in the tummy. Normally active when you're resting or sleeping. When you move around, it's like a rocking motion to them and that makes them sleep. If you worried there's something wrong, try to drink cold water. It will wake the baby up and move. Stay active mama! Go for evening walks, do pelvic rotations, if you do yoga, keep going! I find that when massaging your creams (like stretch Mark oils and creams) and talking to baby, baby can be responsive and active. But each baby is different. One mama told me that when she drinks cold water, baby starts kicking actively.
