Sometimes feel heavy on pelvic area or some twitching. Anyone experience the same? End of 2nd trimester currently.
Hearsay pregnancy can weaken pelvic, anyone can share some exercise to strengthen it back?

Perhaps this tips you can try and would help you. I would recommend PN Massage as you already reach 2nd trimester. It helps to ease the joints/body pain.
Yess i always feel that and still not sure why. I always feel heaviness and weight around my pelvic.
