For me its up to you sis. You can try to think other thinks like happy thoughts. Or try mo magtanim para ma divert ang attention mo sa iba. Ginawa ko yan nung nagka post partum ako. Nagtanim ako ng ano ano. Or try to talk to your partner or family. Wag ka magpatalo sariling control lang yan sis. Think positive isipin mo anak mo
Pray ka po momsh.. Pray the rosary, great help po xa promise.
Same. Try to not think about it and watch funny videos.
Be busy on the thing that you love to do. :)
Write or watch movies. Make your self busy
