Theres many old ppl remedies..like using cabbage..but i find the most useful ones is using ur hubby's underwear..stuff between ur breast n bra..it works for many ppl ard me... but u need to massage it...othewise cud get infection...

You need to pump or latch regularly like very 3 hours. See if you can latch your baby or massage and pump now to relieve the engorgement. If not, take a hot shower now and try to massage and hand express to prevent blocked ducts.

Hard rocky breast is very painful to touch so you need to massage gently and slowly in outwards direction while pumping or hand express. Finger slowly move out to massage other area after the area you massaged softened.

Latch on if possible or pump. I prefer the first option because that’s less painful. Then during the process gently massage the remaining hard parts

Use warm towel and gently massage. Need to express milk regularly. Engorge breasts are painful and can cause you to have fever...

warm compress, get husband to massage and express by hand for a while then proceed to pump

Latch baby/pump it out! If not during warm shower try to hand express it out!!

Get baby to latch on that breast. Do hot compress and massage b4 baby latch
