Tapi honestly, kalau kantung pernah mengecil dulu, memang wajar risau sikit, you should check with your doctor to rule out any concerns, sebab they can monitor the growth pattern and give you peace of mind with proper follow-up scans. A few of my mum friends went through similar situations and their doctors did extra monitoring, which helped ease the worry. Keep doing what's helping (the kiwi is great for nutrition!), rest well, and let your doc guide you, that's the best way to make sure baby's developing properly. Fingers crossed for you!
