I'd love to ask Rynette about pain management options during labour, especially since I'm quite anxious about the whole experience. My first pregnancy ended up being induced, so I didn't get to experience natural labour, and now with my second I'm wondering what realistic expectations I should have and whether I should prepare differently this time around. Also keen to know what actually helped other mums get through it without losing the plot completely.

I would like to ask about the enema that is usually given prior to labour. Would it be painful and does it has any side effects?

For first-time mums in Singapore, when should we actually start discussing a birth plan with our gynae? Is it even necessary?
