Greeny vaginal discharge

Hi mummies, I’m a first time mom to be here and a bit worried about my pregnancy. Currently I’m in my 9w and have had a constant nausea since 7w. However, today I found that I had a greenish thick vaginal discharge, twice in a day. It has a bit stingy smell. Anyone experiencing the same and should I rush to my gynae?
