3 month plus but still can’t lift up head

Hi mum, i and my husband having worried about our boy which now 3 month plus but he still can’t lift up his head is it normal? And usually how many month do baby can lift up his head?

Tummy time helps. It varies a lot though as when they can lift their own head up. Nothing to worry about!
