36 weeks skin rashes occur

Ay sis, totoo yan, marami sa amin nag-experience ng ganyan towards the end ng pregnancy, either from hormones or ang init at sweat, lalo na ngayong panahon! One of my mum friends had the same thing around 36 weeks and it was stress + humidity combined, kaya nag-flare up ang skin niya. Best to check with your OB just to make sure it's not something like PUPP or allergy, kasi gusto nating ma-rule out kung may need ng treatment bago ka magdeliver, and they can recommend kung ano ang safe na gamot for you at baby. In the meantime, try to keep that area cool and dry, and avoid tight clothes if kaya mo, hope it clears up soon, mama!
