Uy mama, 39 weeks na! Naiintindihan ko ang antala na yan, one of my mum friends said the hardest part wasn't the pregnancy itself kundi ang waiting, parang forever na! Try walking kahit around the house lang, or do some light stretching, a few of us found na movement helps, pero honestly by this point rest na rin importante because labor will be exhausting. Since you're getting lots of Braxton Hicks, better check with your OB pa rin to make sure everything's on track, kasi sometimes babies just decide their own schedule! Hang in there, malapit na talaga!
