Ay mama, kaya mo yan! 39 weeks is still totally normal, maraming moms I know went past 40 weeks bago mag-labor, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa. The 1-2 cm dilation can change super quick once your body decides it's ready, so try to stay calm and patient (I know, easier said than done, pero stress lang ang mag-delay pa!). At this point talaga best to check with your OB how they want to monitor you going forward, whether you need regular checks or if they're cool waiting a bit more, every doctor has their own approach, especially with first pregnancies.
