39weeks no sign of labor

Ay momsh, I feel you! A few of us sa mommy group namin were in the same boat, it's so frustrating waiting, pero remember bawat baby has their own timeline talaga. Have you talked to your OB about this? Sometimes they'll want to monitor you closely or discuss options if you go past 40 weeks, kaya best to check in with them ASAP para ma-ease your mind. In the meantime, the usual tips like walking, staying active, and staying calm really do help, one of my friends swore na ang pagtulog ng mahimbing and not stressing actually triggered labor na haha!
